(sorta) from left to right, on the left top corner, we have Vince Dark, Dysart's clone, the top right, Sedrick Jones, an elite soldier who works for the Agency, the bottom left, Mecha Dysart, Dysart's mechanical clone who was created by Sinister, and finally, we have, on the bottom right corner, Spitfire, a girl Dysart met along the way, and for some odd reason, likes to pick fights with him (I would tell you why she always fights him, but I ain't gonna 
)
